Questions
The things people actually ask.
What counts as an event?
A page view or a custom event. A visitor loading three pages and clicking one tracked button is four events. We don't count bot traffic we filter out, and you can see what was filtered.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We email you and keep collecting through a grace period. We never silently drop your data or lock your dashboard behind a paywall. When it's clearly time to move up, we'll say so plainly.
Do you sample or estimate?
No. Every plan shows exact counts. When a number is an approximation for a good reason, like unique visitors being per-day by design, the product says so in “About these numbers”.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. Free is free forever, up to 10k events a month, with the full API and export. Paid plans add capacity and history, not a different product.
Can I bill annually?
Yes. Annual billing is two months free versus monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export it in full whenever you want. If you leave, we delete it. There's no long-lived visitor profile to hand over, because we never build one.
